Well, in vanilla, only a couple of provinces can build a trade post, unlike ck+. It's just odd to have that sack of gold over every province, :D

That sack is pretty meaningless in + since we opt not to use an arbitrary list of provinces that can be used, this is true.

Yeah, you can barely see though which provinces trade routes are going in some places, it's irritating

I'm not hating or anything though, I love you guys and everything :D

Clicking the new decision for converting between Hellenic branches doesn't seem to work. I converted to Greek Hellenic, the event said I would convert to Roman, but after clicking I just lost prestige and greyed out the button with no religion change. Conversion from Roman to Greek seems to work properly. The decision is also available to Prometheans but doesn't do anything.

EDIT: Problem found, second if block needs to be turned into an else_if block

1) For some reason the capital flags don't show on the map for some factions. I think this just popped up with beta 5, I didn't notice it previously. Some examples are the Bavandids, Semnan and Urgench. I double checked vanilla and they show just fine there.

2) Just as an update- I'm still having issues playing this on mac. The problem is, the game won't launch when there are already save files. My work around for the issue is to move the save files to the desktop, launch the game and then minimize to desktop and move save files back to the save games folder.

I'm on Beta4, so not sure if it still stands, but I've noticed strange pattern playing as qarmatian heresy.
I have a dozen of vassals, but not none of them tries to convert a province. Some research cultural tech for some reason, but for the most part they don't even have an imam.

I don't know if that's a Qarmatian-only problem... I've been playing a "random choice" game lately where I use the randomizer to pick a character and play them for a few decades before moving on. That means I switched into several AI-held characters one after the other randomly. I noticed there were missing councillors a lot of the time - the AI seemed unable or unwilling to use the "invite [councillor type]" decision to fill up empty slots when there were no applicable characters.

I specified religion, because in budhism playthrough before that vassals were doing fine.

hm... I don't think the AI is supposed to use those decisions. But given that we now have AI interval settings, I should try to enable that.

There seems to be a bug in the new decision to germanic faith of the hold the great blot. I have vassals that are of germanic religion but they consider the blot to be heathen so they wouldn't participated.

I was playing a tangut Taoist character, and I got the old religion event chain. However, the 'pagan' courtier spawned was Taoist. So I was asked to turn my back from the the teachings of Taoism to embrace the ancient religion of... Taoism. And then I was asked to send away the pagan by my court chaplain, who was also Taoist.

k_papal_chalcedonian gets destroyed on inherit due to the game not recognizing the inheritor as theocracy for some reason (I think. I just tried testevent plus.2272 on the supposed heir which is a courtier with theocracy gov type). pointing to a second event with a few days of delay seem to work.

Edit:
welp... this only happens in nwo start apparently.

I am using Beta 5, Checksum QBRS

So I am crashing after some monthes has gone by, I do not know what cause the crash but it happens everytime I try to play.
I have tried to play a multiple times trying to avoid doing the last thing I did but I still crash,
is anyone else having the same problem?

Hope you can help, I really like playing with this mod.

EDIT: seems like I fixed it by reinstalling it a second time, dont know what the problem was, but I think it works now.

Do you have any other mods?

Unexpected behavior when forming second empire under imperial rule

Version: 4.07 BETA4
Mods: None besides CK2+
Expansions: All of them through Jade Dragon

Issue: I was an imperial emperor (max crown authority, imperial government). I formed a second empire not realizing that I could only hold one empire title. I was prompted to pick one, and I picked the one I originally held. My government was reduced to late feudal after the decision, and I was unable to move back to imperial with the reason being that I could not upgrade to imperial rule for titular titles (Whereas I had no problems becoming imperial to begin with).

That's a recurrence of an older bug. But how did you get imperial government with a titular empire?

Unless I am mistaken, aren't all but two empires in CK2+ titular? (for the record, the empire in question was the Spanish empire). I made it in the normal way - raised crown authority to max, met all the other requirements, and bumped up from late feudal to imperial.

BTW, I loaded an old save from before the two empire decision, and if I check the de jure box on the empire, it says my primary kingdom title (Aquitaine) is de jure (note that I have de jure drift turned off). After the decision, the Spanish Empire has no de jure kingdoms. That appears to be the source of the issue.
