CK3 does not start

Can i get a new dxdiag.txt please - this time WAIT until the green load bar is finished before hitting Save All Info.

And, what happens now if you run ck3.exe directly from File Explorer?

You can attach it like any other file.

the video has the datatype mp4, i would convert it to one of the allowed datatypes, but i dont know which one would be for videos

Still lots of weird stuff in that dxdiag - no sound driver installed, an AMD video driver is loaded but no AMD device appears under Display Devices, and other things too.

IMO you need to do a clean wipe and reinstall of Windows on this PC>

Yes, it will. You would of course need to copy or back up all your valued documents and photos. If you've not done this before, i suggest you seek help from an experienced friend or local computer store.

Upgrading from 10 to 11 (you haven't done it?) is quite frictionless if you have OneDrive.

I think the question was more, would doing that fix their problem with apparent Windows corruption. My instinct says 'no' but I simply don't know.
