CK3 launcher won't install anymore

Had no previous issue but latest update crashed game from time to time. Decided to do a reinstall and now getting this message from the launcher. Game will run from EXE but need the launcher for mods.

"Another version of this product is already installed..."

Have Reinstalled multiples times.

Deleted all Paradox folders, mods disabled and deleted all folders beforehand, restarting in between installs.

Ran launcher-installer-windows from Steam folder, still getting the same error message

Try a manual reinstall of the paradox launcher

Finally found a solution. The whole reinstall/install won't work, manual install won't work either from launcher folder.

Had to go to registry and search for every entry of the launcher and then delete it. Finally allowed the launcher to install and run. It seems the launcher didn't properly uninstall.
