CKII does not start.

I bought CKII from Steam and it terminates within 5 seconds of start. It loads the initial window and then stops working. One thing I have discovered is that the entire Padadox file is only 12k in size. I think that it is not fully downloading from Steam, but I have erased and reloaded 3 times and is still the same size. There is no game file, just 12 0 or 1 byte text docs. Are you sure you're looking for the game in the right place? That is, in steam/steamapps/common/, not in mydocuments/?

As a start upgrade your video driver

I also notice your desktop resolution is 1280x720, which is lower than the minimum the game can use 1024x768. Try upping it to 1280x768 and see if that helps.
