v1.03b only mods I have are the Popular Unification events from Darkrenown.
It's 1862, I'm Germany (unified via PU), and I claim the colony of Cameroon.

My industry value immediately drops from 832 to 443! :eek:

I have save games if anyone wants to investigate.

That may explain the huge drop in income I experience at times-that I find difficult to account for. A game as complicated-involved as Victoria - DEMANDS fine tuning of the economy (the heart of Victoria) mechanism.

The drop occurred because I did not have any ships available for convoy duty.
Quite the reaction, tho - a 400 point drop just because I didn't have 3 clipper ships available for convoy duty?
