Classical MP​

This Campaign isn't minimalist, it's supposed players and non players express their opinions freely.

Also this thread is made to make recruitments, to express Eu2 ideas, to comment. Summing up, to participate as Eu2 lovers we all are.

you're invited to pass inside and explore into this classical universe of Eu2. Be careful, we use to hang troubleshooters in our plazas! :p

To be considered:

This will be our medium where participants and non-participants can express their interest, curiosity, ideas and knowledge.

Moreover this will be the thread where participants would be discussing every aspect of their own campaign including furture votations and data.

What's a Classical MP campaign?

A classical MP campaign is based on a total democratic system.

Gms or moderators don't exist at all, In exchange of such important figure of order there will be organizers. Organizer/s are players (generally) who take care of the viability and every technical aspect of the campaign. However functions of this organizer are reduced to a mere Execution of player's will in their own votations.

Organizers would iniciate votations of a technical aspect as well (2 players are needed to iniciate a votation).

Times/sessions would be decided everytime by players in a general votation after a session (can be more than a session per week since originally Eu2 began as tiny groups of Eu2 players who used to play 1 session per 2 or 3 days but personally this will depend on the results of votations.

Stats will be posted by the Organizer when he/she can. Stats are important to make analysis and a general scanning of our progressions, in classic campaigns this was diffifult to see in order to know when/what/who would be needing compensations, Such an important tool will be taken in consideration in this. That's why I really Thank Tonio for this important step in Eu2 MP world.

Rules would be discussed and voted when players ask to. Rules aren't necessary if reasonability prevails. Being reasonable is to think in others, simple as that, we're about to have fun and that never changed.

Joinning this will depend on others, new player's dedication and the order when they expressed their interest.

Last thing and the most important one, Peace and Fun. Life is too short to waste it in long discussions or fights.

Guys, France was hurt badly yesterday, let me know if you want to restart with more players or a different scenario, with random leaders or whatever you want, let all know and we would proceed to vote.

Yesterday we had no map rule, it seems England loves it and I don't think it's cheating to trade maps with Ai, they know what they are doing ;) this in my opinion will improve competition between naval powers.

Edit: oh, I don't know who suggested to convert this in a Tsunami, i like the idea, We could play today if you want. afternoon or night?
 
I would like to play if it isn't on a Sunday night USA time cos thats when dogs is on which we is gonna finish :)

I'd like you both to leave every personal matters, this is not a private game and everyone is welcome, like old times, but i won't tolerate shits here =) understand?

In any case as Beli said, this is a game and we should let everyone be (that means i support private games), but as noone will take care of (polite and mature) newcommers to let them improve, i will. Playing with the same ppl is boring as far as I'm concerned in the long run, the way Slargos likes to play his campaigns are acceptable, but not absolute. Crusader would have never been discovered if we follow his bible for example.

No more pantomimes guys, thx. :)

why is so difficult to make something chill out? even a warmonger like me need some peace :x

Btw: I suggest we play whenever the 6 original players can this week, and let others join those times when they can.

who can play tonight a bit? maybe we could start a bit earlier if this suits you Adam, or just from 17 to 21 Cet in order to avoid other games' times.

We still can use nights to continue, I'm on holidays fortunately.

1:00 am Cet till 3:00 am Cet? Everyday or at least more than 3 times a week with smooth hosting would be quite easy to reach Nappy times in a week and a half.
 
more than 2 hours session? we will need to wait for that in my opinion, many of us live in another hemisphere. =) So that those who are interested in this will help us to enlarge sessions. In any case, vote, if you're quick, we could play tonight again.
