Requesting an edit I control all of sweden I would like all his provs but his captital the war ended. All his lands are 87% total out of 100% that I have. they will not give in ever!

The point is that I have 100% of it under my command I should be able to get a peace which only takes 87% I am requesting his lands transfered to me with the exception of his captial. I will give you estland via a peace agreement LE.
