classrooms bugged out

i have a classroom just for taser roll out aka staff classroom and as soon as i add the programs for prisoners in class room it bugs out my staff only classroom this never was an issue till resently why did this happen

It was bugged, you can use add program button, but cant drag it anywhere in manual edit, it will said no regime time slot.

Guard tazer training is bugged, you can't assign it manually at all thus the staff classroom is a waste now.

I just completely fill guard tazer training up for every class room available and schedule the prisoner stuff. Doing this allows for the staff classes to happen outside of prisoner class hours, and bypasses the unable to manually assign tazer training bug.
