Yes, I am actually losing my mind over how to run the game. First, I somehow did it no problem at first, created my own file folder for it under SF and copied all the EU2 files patched with 1.07NA version. Began playing as England, around 1430 I CTD, and cannot reload using the autosave because of errors with ak_koyunlu.eue. Anyhow, im going insane because I really, really want to play this mod and cannot SO, I wipe the folder clean, and copy over all the EU2 files again. Apply the AGC setup and then 2.2, then 2.3. Executable file now fails to load the game at all! It crashes at "Initializing Graphics". So, I wipe that all out, restart by following the suggested method of just installing the AGC into my Europa Universalis 2 folder. Now the executable STILL fails to load the game at all. Help Please.

Damn... never heard of this happening before..

If you have problems, just run the config, that will replace almost everything, you don't have to reinstall everything.

I had that problem but, damned if I remember what I did to fix it...

You may want to try this:
Go to: START, RUN.
Type: dxdiag
let it load and go to: DISPLAY
than DISABLE 'DIRECTDRAW'
if it didn't work, ENABLE 'DRIECTDRAW'.

You may have a problem with your video card running with Dx8 or 9. Do you have an ATi card?

Like I say, I had no problems installing and playing it in 10 mins. Now its crashing.
Anyhow, Im off to fiddle with it again today. I'll try and use the config to default the files.
