clicking o EU on the taskbar - crash

when I swhich to other application running on my PC and then try to get back to EU (by clicking on the task bar) EU crashes without any errors (just returning to the Widnows Desktop)
Everything is fine when I use Alt-TAB to swhich back to EU.

Does anybody have the same problem?

I tested this on two computers running Windows 2000 Pro Eng SP1 and one running Window 98PL (EU v.1.08 Polish)

We recommend that you don't alt-tab out of EU. Crashes may occur in those cases.

Hm,

I can ALt-TAB out of EU easily and without any problem. The problem occurs when I try to get back there (using task bar).

Anyway I love EU and I have just started getting into the habit of ALT-TAB'ing back into EU.

Strange, because that's the only way I can switch to other application too. Clicking at the task bar crashes the game.

Another problem is that the game slows considerably - even on faster machines.
