Clicking "Station Besiegers" causes an error

Description​

I am assisting an ally in their offensive war. My player is at a feast activity. I just finished a war of my own, and disbanded most of my army. I have about 5k troops still up in Alba, where my ally is warring. After disbanding my troops, I brought my MAA back up closer to where the war target is (I disbanded them far to the east, it was easier to disband and bring them back at a closer province). The moment I click "Station Besiegers" on my 5k stack in a province in Alba, the game crashes. I tried to send the error report with the crash report window that comes up after the game closes, but that also crashes.

Steps to reproduce​

Running the attached save file, allow the 5k stack in Alba to complete their movement to the enemy province. Click the Station Besiegers button, the game crashes. This save is on 1.9.0.3, which is 1 version behind since 1.9.0.4 came out today. The game still crashes with the latest update though.

Update; clicking "Split in Half" on that army in Alba also crashes the game.

I saw a different thread with similar issues where the cause was a zero strength group of levies in the army.

That may very well be the issue. In the save, I do have a 0 stack army separate from the army that causes the problems. Even if I disband that army, the 5k stack still causes issues. Thankfully, disbanding the 5k army seems to have solved the problem. Still, kind of an inconvenient and annoying for an army issue.
