good news capitilist builds cliper ship[yard in schlesien...now it doenst border water: so i look..nothing is build...i guess has to be added on list with capatilist nbugs i have read about on forum on similar topics.

Do you have the 2.01 patch that was released via gamersgate on 24 Aug? AFAIK that should have fixed the issue of capis building ship construction in landlocked provinces. Reports of the problem definitely have declined since the patch was released.

okay thx man, i have to say this altoigther was one of the most confusing instalations i ever had done( clean vic instal,1.4, rev+2.01...i kep doing it the wrong way) anyway good to hear there is a patch and it also appernetly adress the high militancy in democray i read, good
I thing i have to say and dont understand is why paradox doesnt give more info on its own website..anyway thx again
