Cloud save between steam and android?

Just barely got the game and absolutely love it except I want to have my saves transfer from my steam account (I play on mac/pc/linux) to my android phone which I have the game on as well.

I read somewhere that signing into a paradox account on all platforms would sync the save data but I'm not seeing that as true.

Am I just doing it wrong or does the paradox account not sync saves? Or is there another option for me to share saves (including manual file transfer I would be up for)?

No, sorry. The Android version saves purchases to google's cloud, and save games to our cloud. The iOS version to Apple's cloud.

The Steam version saves to the Steam cloud.
