Coalitions do not trigger if the subject of a member is attacked

Description​

Attacking the subject of a coalition member does not trigger the coalition event though the overlord is a co-belligerent. In the attached file there is a large coalition against France, attacking either Bamberg, the vassal of Wurzburg, or The Palatinate, the PU of Ingolstadt does no trigger the Coalition.

Steps to reproduce​

Have a coalition form against you where at least one member has a subject. Attack the subject of the coalition member.
