Would it be possible to get a simple little mod that prevents toddlers from elementary school?
Right now, on the moment they are born, they get enrolled to education and stay there until the actual graduation age. This is why elementary student count is so high.
Would be great to have a little mod that prevent kids yournger than 7 years old from enrolling. This would free up quite a lot of capacity and make it more sensible.
