i cant find the countris codes cant some nice people write them here, and dont say they are in your eu folder because they ar not there.

Nope, you're right.
The USA can get into existance very late in the game, through a revolt in NA provinces.
I haven't seen it happen yet, but I know for sure it'has been coded into the game as an Event. Not sure whether the event taking place is linked somehow to how many NA provinces are held by England.

Before the game came out, i was told Norway could come into being by a revolt, just like the US and Eire.
Which abb. is Norway? Difficult to see which one could fit.

Yes. Very dfficult. I really can't figure out which system they use. I mean if DAN=Danmark, SWE=Sweden and FRA=France, whatever can Norway be?

Yes...and LAT for Teutonic Knights was bloody obvious.
I feared Norway wasn't a playable nation at all: you'll notice there's no abbreviation for OZZ: independent Australia there either...
