I am the Soviet Union in mid-1942. I've had a very successful offensive campaign against the Germans, and have pushed them back into southern Italy and occupied France.
I have freed the yugoslavian puppets...but I would like to make the entire former yugoslavia belong to bosnia, serbia, hungary etc. However, I'm not able to do this through the 'open negotiations - provinces' option...and option which always seemed slightly broken to me...but meh.
So how would I go about doing this manually in the game files?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
