So here is what I noted after trying the Tourist Tales campaign.

I was looking for the 'designated pier' that's supposed to be in Southhampton harbour. (still haven't found it, it's very well hidden for a 'designated pier') I managed to do a full 180 degrees turn at the end the harbour because I figured I already passed the pier, but just when I thought I made it the back end of the cruise ship gently 'nudged' a docked container ship which was moored there (~1 knot). After that my cruise ship rocketed at over 40 knots from there. Needless to say: I got stuck on the wrong side of one of those buoys. Game over (or is it? Nowhere where it says as much)

The first time where I attempted the mission (OK, second because the first I crashed my ship) I docked my pilot ship in Rotterdam in the little harbour in front of the cruise ship. But while I was doing that another boat (a tug boat?) had a course for straight through the cruise ship. It managed to get itself under the keel of the cruise ship and continuing its journey upside down for a while (until it sank?). In the meanwhile it made the cruise ship rock very violently and crash itself onto the pier.
So, the first time I set foot on the ship it took me half an hour to figure out that it was crashed and wouldn't go anywhere

So, what's up with this strange collision behaviour, and is it possible to get a better indication of a 'game over'? The 'health bar' at the icon on the left hand side isn't very obvious to new players.

Another mission attemt, this time the first Greenpeace mission.
Found the ship that is dumping, chased it in the RHIB. Accidentally ran my little boat into the container ship, big ship rocks immensely and my RHIB is stuck to it's bow for a few minutes. Somehow I manage to get off its bow but then the container ship keeps warping between two locations (one ship's width to the left, one ship's width to the right, etc.) and I get a mission failed after a few minutes of trying to slow down the big ship in vain.

And these are supposed to be the 'very easy' missions?
