Allright, i've gleaned your suggestions and this is what my plan of action will be.

First I'm going to move my Indian Colonial Troops into Siam, then I'm going to send some of my troops in Germany to Iraq, and my Colonial troops to the Persian Border. After I smash Persia, I'm going to force the United States to give up every single one of it's Pacific Possesions.

Since Washington is surrounded by British territory, and the AI has placed all it's divisions inside Washington all I need to do is move my troops to areas surrounding Washington, Declare War and destroy them and take what I want. I think I may want the rest of the coast that I have yet to take.

I'll make it an official update after everything is complete.
