In the middle of the appropriate disasters, yes!

Is that the situation?

Not one I'm aware of.

Attach here an affected colony; preferably a save from just before one of these events, then one from just after.

Also the same thing happens with injuries. Every couple seconds another colonist will be injured even though nothing is happening that could injure them.

Hopefully this file helps.

In that save there were no infected or irradiated colonists. 13 injured ones though.

One became irradiated soon after loading it, went straight to hospital and got fixed.

The injured ones seem to get treated fairly soon too; after a few minutes' run they went down to no injured colonists left. After that it bounced around between 0 and a few.

There were a few hyperthermic ones, I'd guess due to the heat burners not covering the whole colony. And people still sleeping in shanties. Actually they started ramping up quite a bit, there were 30 a few minutes later. But that then went down to between 10-15 or so.

So overall I don't see any significant problem in that game; the exception being I don't see why irradiation keeps happening when all pollution has been cleared up. But that only affects 1 or 2 colonists at a time.

I would suggest more water capacity (infected people use double the water), more field hospitals, proper housing, cleaning facilities, and storage - you are completely out of that.

@ellacharmed if you are so inclined to look, do you see anything else of concern in that colony?

Well it's not just happening with radiation, it's happening with every type of ailment they can get.

Suddenly, every coupe of seconds another colonist will get injured / irradiated / infected, and it usually lasts several minutes at a time.

And yes like you pointed out in general they are being treated quickly but this should not be happening.

Well, I didn't find that when I ran your colony - what injuries there were got cleared quickly, irradiation happened but not much, and there were few infections. I would have run it for maybe 10 minutes at high speed - would that have been enough to see these problems?

One difference is I have all the DLCs whereas I think you have none. I'm not aware that would cause this effect, but I guess it is not impossible!

Maybe so, it is very random. I can play for a couple hours or so with no problems but then it will start.
