Only that it's a wine province, so if you're building a manufactory there at all you'd want it to be a refinery for the tax bonus. And extra trade income is *always* good

That's the thing with factories... if they are build in certain provinces they gain additional income

* refinery: wine & suga
* weapon: copper & iron
* naval: naval equipment & fish
* art academy: capital province
* goods: tobacco, cotton, cloth, ... (others?)

I like refineries. When you have a total monopoly in colonial CoTs totalling four thousand ducats, dragging 125% of the CoT income is a big bonus
