I need help,

I want to make venice a mayor colonial power, but the cost for colonisation are so high, it is not possible, so does anybody know how i modify the cost?

I'm xure there are some small ways to decrease colonisation cost but the general rule is that unless u are one of the 5 major historical colonisers, u won't get it easy. And u can't change that. Venice isn't part of those 5 so u'll have an uphill struggle. Spain, France, Portugal, England and Holland can colonise with a lot more success and a lot cheaper. Venice gets the crappier default.
