How do the color variations on buildings work ingame? I know I have to create a texture_c.tga in greyscale, where white pixels colors the areas. This works great in the asset editor, but later ingame the are 100s buildings of the same color and not a single one with the color variations applied. How do I get them to work?

I have another question. How can I edit textures of an already finished building. I have made some changes to my textures and would like to update my model but I can only make a new asset, but not just update the textures of my finished work.

CHose make new asset, chose the one you already made as a base and ask to keep the existing stuff... next just reselect your model and you'll have the same asset with the updated moedl or textures. Just resave it under the same name.

Yes but then I have the same asset doubled in my list. The one I already uploaded to the workshop and the edited one. Even if I overwrite the existing one when saving. I have the same model in my object list 2 times, the one hosted on the workshop and the edited one.

I really need to update the released one.
