It seems to be a kind of RGB (Red Green Blue) system of colors, but inverted.
So we have BGR (Blue for the 1st digit, Green for the 2nd and Red for the 3rd).
Want to check (or choose) a color?
Example: Go to paint (excel, word... can also be used) and choose "Colors -> Edit Colors -> Define Custom Colors" and them type in the Red/Green/Blue TextBoxes.
For instance, type 123 RGB (or 321 for BGR like EU2) and you get blue color.
You can now choose another color by just clicking in the big box. Note the numbers and use them on EU2.
VERY IMPORTANT: don't forget that in EU2 the order is inverted.
