Description​

The Human Wave Offensive doctrine in the Mass Assault tree does not apply to anything but traditional infantry with the helmet icon. This does not seem like intended behavior, since most other doctrines apply to "Leg Infantry" (category_light_infantry in the game files), which is a broader category that includes multiple units. This fact makes the doctrine useless on certain nations such as Afghanistan, which rely heavily on units like Militia or Irregular Infantry. I have enclosed screenshots which compare Human Wave Offensive to another doctrine node in the Mass Assault tree to illustrate the point.

Steps to Reproduce​

1. Load a country in either the 1936 or 1939 start
2. Use the "xp" command to give yourself army experience to research doctrines
3. Go down the Mass Assault right tree down to Human Wave Offensive, research it
4. Notice that the combat width reduction from the doctrine only applies to Infantry battalions, not Bicycle Infantry, Irregular Infantry, Militia, Penal Battalion, and so on. Also, the tooltip is missing to alert you about this actuality when you hover over the icon/text.
