Not game-killing bugs or things that are totally impossible (like immortal characters), but things that are still improbable and inexplicable (can't be explained away by poor A.I.).

The Hospitallers (or was it the Templar?) often become Muslim for some reason. Why?

The knightly orders have 'elective law' which means the strongest courtier will be the next grandmaster

Because the Templars and Hospitallers pop-up in Muslim lands very often Muslim-courtiers from destroyed Muslims realms appear in their court and when one of them is the strongest (highest martial score) then a muslim becomes grandmaster

This bug has received a fix, in that the game checks if a muslim hold such a position and then an event comes that kills him. So you won't see Muslim grandmasters very long

It is not possible to prevent a muslim from becoming grandmaster
