what... the six of us who are left?

i bought EU mere months before the sequel, so i never saw the need to rush out.

by the time Vicky comes out, i will have a better system..and i can get EU2 as free bundled throw in. :D

seriously i am thinking of getting EU2 deluxe in the meanwhile.

Aha! You can buy EU2 Crown of the North, get EU2 v1.07 and Svea Rike 3 in English. A step backwards and a leap forwards at the same time.

Is it like Purgatory knowing that you can only play EU and all your EU game dreams are just a computer upgrade away?

yea COW seems a lot better than Legion hope for Legion 2 with a bigger map damn almost a 1,000 post to the Victoria forum:)
 
The biggest drawbak of Cow could appear to be the lack of MP capabilty. Appear, I said, because the percentage of EUII/HOI players that play MP is very likely small. For HOI, it seems to me that far more people plays hands of games than anything else :D.
Beyond that it seems that CoW will be a pretty good game, much improved from legion. It appeals to a different crowd, that is true, and it could explain the disparity in post count. This board is mainly a board of EU players after all.

As stated in my signature, you should check it out. It is a different concept. BTW, Legion is in the third place of Yahoo Games downloads.

i would say its because all the saved up urges to play a game like this, and the grand joy in knowing this game is under development. i meen the fact that within 6 hours of announcing a game will be announced, like 50 "imperialism age game!!!!!!" requests/guesses were made:p

also i cant afford CoW right now, there are like 100 CoW posts in slitherines forum, and as said, just less interest in the ancients.

in my own little through-the-looking-glass-world, i kind of look at it all as ... extended foreplay. the longer the wait, the better it will be be. :D
