Computer freezes when I try to install

I have to reinstall HoI ( I lost it when a virus deleted our harddrive. ), and it freezes whenever I click the "install" thing! A similiar thing happened when I reinstalled EUII, but I chaged accounts on my computer and it worked. That's not working with this one. Can anyone help?

Well yes you do need Admin rights on the account you are installing with.

Reboot may help as well.
If that does not help then try copying the entire cd to the HD and install from there.
