I have a saved game, actually a few saved games the lock up the computer the first week of August 1941. Bitter peace fired a few months ago, and I just, within days, took Yugoslavia. Once Yugoslavia is taken and Croatia is created, a day or two later the computer locks up completely. I have made a few homemade events, but none of these have fired for at least six months. I have reviewed all the events I created and found none of them to be the likely cause. I have also attempted the saved game as Each of the major powers in case the computer was locking up waiting for an imput from the AI. The computer locked up in each case. In a few instances, I was able to return to desk top, but in most, I had to press the on off button the shut down the computer.
I am not sure if this is a bug, since I have created a few homemade events that could be causing an issue - althought I do not know how. Hence, I am not reporting it as bug. I am simply looking for ideas of what to check next. Is there any event that occurs around this time or following the creation of Croatia? What in this game can cause a complete computer lock up?
