Computer's default choice

I'm trying to creat some events and I'd like to know how the computer knows which event to pick most the time.

When there is more than one choice, the ai chooses Choice A 85% of the time.

I do not know what happens when there are more than two choices. I hope that Choice B, Choice C, Choice D have equal chances.
