Conciliation modifier from the Détente of the Iberian struggle increases time to learn other languages instead of reducing it

Description​

The Conciliation house modifier you get from the Detente ending of the iberian struggle is increasing phase time to learn languages by 40 days instead of decreasing it.

Steps to reproduce​

Choose the detente ending in the iberian struggle or just look at the tooltips of its effects. If i choose to learn another language with my character who currently has the effect it takes 40 days longer.
