Does anyone know why no concrete is being stored in my Concrete Depot which is right outside the extractor, only concrete is being stored in the extractor which fills up pretty quickly and stop production until a drone collects.

I haven't had that issue. Some things to look at.
Do you have enough drones? You still need drones to move it from the extractor to the storage. If they are all busy, it can still get backed up.
Are you sure it is concrete storage? Maybe you accidentally placed the wrong kind of storage. Try using a universal storage and see if you have the same issue.

I'm with Bryartruck. This sounds like a lack of drones problem. It is possible that you need the concrete elsewhere, and so the drones are just cutting out the middle man (the stockpile), and because you are short on drones the concrete is piling up.
I've had a problem once where the Excavator was close enough to the Drone Hub so it would get regularly repaired, but its storage was outside the radius, so it never got emptied.

I got that once. The storage has to be in the radius. One of my extractor had the problem I move the rover an hex and all drones run to the extractor to empty it.
