Confused about patches (1.06 b?)

I downloaded 1.06 -> Went to play on valkyrie -> Tried to join a game -> Got told i didnt have the version the host had (1.06b)

This is confusing, because only a version 1.06 is listed in the official downloads of this site.

I did a search on google for 1.06b, and found a 2nd party site that had it. The only 1.06b i found is for the NA version. Im downloading it now, but im guessing it will probably it wont work with my UK version or it will break my install of euII.

Also, i saw a 1.06c on the site...

Can anybody tell me whats going on with these different versions?

download all "open beta patches" and install them one after the other:
