connection problem

I have the US version and installed the 1.04 patch.
I got the game yesterday and it runs fine on my pIII 450 196 MB RAM PC.
I played mulitplayer with people over the Internet yesterday for two hours befoe I got disconnected by my ISP (I have a 56 k modem). When I restarted the machine and went in I couldnt get on Valkyrienet again and still can't.
I have tried reinstalling, but the same happens. Says it cant connect, make sure you are attached to the Internet, but I clearly am, since I can access email, web etc.

Most likely a problem with Valkyrienet rather than at your end. It is still being worked on and is rather unreliable. Try again after a day or two.

MP is not recommended with any connection below 512kbps...
