Connectivity Issues (Can't connect with/to friends games)

Friends can't join game

Some of my friends can't join my game, I did forward the ports and one of my friends can join but two others can't.

I'm having issues as well with friends trying to connect to me I have forwarded the said port on my router and personal firewall. I even disabled both my router and personal firewall which that did not help either starting to think buying a four pack on steam was a bad idea.
