Yesterday, I fealt like playing Norway again, and having found the Norwegian tree in AAT to ruin the experience I tried turning it off. To my (pleasant) surprise, all the DLC generals and admirals were still there. Is this the intended way it should work or an oversight?

Some things come from free upgrade and some from dlc… so when you turn of dlc it only turn of the dlc part, not the free changes.
That makes sense, but the generals were introduced in the DLC and the admirals, although entirely forgotten when the DLC released, were patched in shortly thereafter to remedy the oversight. I would expect both to be locked behind the DLC they were released in and tied to,and I assume thats how it usually works?

What psychological coping behaviour is this called? Stavanger Syndrome?
It might be a case of ‘bamblesyken’ (the devils grip in english) preventing me from giving up on the game.

On a more serious note though, Norway is actually a really interesting and fun challenge as long as you stick with the generic focus tree.
