Console Airport Bug

When building a Cargo Airport Terminal, the console update doesn’t let you add any Aircraft Stands (Large, medium, or small) unless there is a concourse, but since it is a cargo airport there is no concourse and it won’t let me attach the aircraft stand

You're probably trying to add the wrong sort of aircraft stand. The cargo airport doesn't use the small, medium and large stands. It has its own cargo aircraft stand that you place and doesn't need a concourse.
