I see a lot are similar to stellaris but I can seem to get crew or deuterium. Anyone have a list?

Typically if "crew" or "officers" et al doesnt work, it'll need prefacing with "resource" like in Stellaris where consumer goods requires resource consumer_goods. This works for Infinite, that is,
resource officers
resource deuterium
