Console, New Update leads to numerous crashing without having update

Description​

Since Tours and Tournaments came out for game pass I've encountered these issues, after having these problems it seemed that the game took out out the update of Tours and Tournaments and I thought the issue would be fixed but it still persists. The last update that I see playable is Royal Court but still with all these issues make it unplayable. I can play for like 30 mins sometimes before the game crashes, usually hear the music repeat itself a bunch before crashing or the autosave icon will be on screen for a while before crashing, all my saves have been erased and as previously stated I could play tours and tournaments for a lil bit on console then after one of the game crashes the game reverted back to royal court. So in conclusion, unplayable amount of crashes, deleted saved data, and can't even play the new update after buying it, please help

Steps to reproduce​

Turn on game, sign in to paradox account(even when I don't it still happens), play a new game, and shortly after the music will repeat itself a few times or the autosave icon will roll up and not go away. Then all of sudden the game crashes losing what little headway I could make.
