i have the game on disk and you claim this is a "free update" and i cannot instal the new version. additionally, it wants me to pay for my DlCs that I already own. Please fix this.

Apparently you'll only be able to claim the remaster if you own a digital copy of the game. As for the DLC, it's a known issue and any that you own you should be able to claim for free within the next 24 hours
I have the digital copy and they still want me to pay for the remaster version? Why?
It's shameful, they only want our money, they didn't say anything at all, and now we have to pay again. Well, F* it, I'm done with this.

There is no bug at all, they said already that physical copies won't get any update, and for what I could knew it is a new game totally different, it can't be upgraded because there is no base to upgrade, you have to pay for it again, and seven days ago they said that we can upgrade the PS4 version, without any specifications. This is inexcusable, they should have been clear since the very beggining, but no, let's gonna say that any PS4 version can be updated.
There has been a problem in the MS store where some of the DLCs you own are not available to the Remaster programme. Unfortunately their cache only refreshes every 24 hours so there may be a bit of a wait before this is resolved.

The remastered edition is only stated to be for the PS5 and Xbox S/X. There has been no mention of nay change to any other edition, I'm afraid.
