I have verified my game files (on Steam)

Yes

I have disabled all mods

Yes

Required

Summary

Constant crashes about every 3 minutes due to errors " Failed to find type 'FilterablePropertyList' in 'FilterablePropertyList.Search'. "

Description

Game runs perfectly fine before suddenly stopping and crashing always with the exact same error. I have reinstalled, restarted my computer, reinstalled drivers, system file check, updated motherboard bios but nonetheless it crashes. This is not an Intel CPU problem as was the thread from about a month ago as I have a AMD Ryzen 9800X.

Steps to reproduce

Load into game, play for about 3-30 minutes before inevitable crash. No definite action causes it from my perspective.

Game Version

1.6.2

OS

Windows

10, for some reason I am also unable to post the DxDiag file either but I do have it available.

If absolutely anything can be done that would be wonderful as this has been boggling me all day. Cheers!

That's a forum bug we're looking into. Rename it to dxdiag.log to attach please.

Meanwhile,
Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here from your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , exceptions.txt

Tried changing the game settings to your recommendations, thought it worked but unfortunately it still crashed about 10 minutes in.

For whatever reason in my logs folder I do not see exceptions.txt, though I was able to pull system.log.

I think I may also still be having trouble with uploading the dxdiag.log but I am unsure.

Had no trouble putting it in once I moved it out of my downloads folder into documents temporarily.

I see no clear cause for this problem in those files, unfortunately.

Constant crashes about every 3 minutes due to errors " Failed to find type 'FilterablePropertyList' in 'FilterablePropertyList.Search'. "
FYI those 'errors' are normal, everyone gets them. They are unrelated to your problem.

When you get one of these crashes, can you restart the game, reload that save, and carry on past the point it crashed? Or you need to start a new campaign, or reboot before it will run?

Are there any entries in the Windows Event Viewer for these crashes?

Please report the temperatures of your CPU and video (GPU)
1/ before starting the game up and
2/ after say 10 minutes' play )or as long as it lasts)
If your PC's vendor has given you no way of reading temperatures, install
