Constant crashing after a few minutes

I'm playing on the gamepass version with a few mods enabled (which technically shouldn't crash the game but still) I'll list them here with my logs. The crash in turn happened first when I moved a prisoner to my dungeons, then when I was giving out some counties. This last thing has happened twice which I think might be the main issue

AFAIK non of these should cause any crashes, already tried playing the game with all of them disabled and still crashed

Sorry but we cannot help with modded games here.

If you get any such issues in a campaign that's never had any mods used in it, let us know.
