Whenever I click onto the multiplayer option then click back to the original menu suddenly the multiplayer option is greyed out and says "Game state is corrupted. Please restart the game." this happens every SINGLE time and I'm fed up, Is there any known solution? I've already tried verifying integrity of the game files, multiple fresh reinstalls, I've even fully reset my PC and still get this issue. Please, if you know any way to fix this please reply to this thread.

I think it says it MAY be corrupted, which is a little dramatic I agree. All it actually means is that you have been into the game then exited back to the main game menu, which can leave the game memory in an unstable state. For Mp stability the game forces you to exit and restart it, to clear game memory and MP connections.

This happens even when I try to run singleplayer, same exact thing I click onto it, click back to the main menu and it says my game state is corrupted.

While that is true, it's only relevant for achievement runs. Technically for the same or similar reasons as in MP, a far as i can see.
If you play single player the normal way, then the checksum change on menu-back-and-forth-hopping can be ignored, even though there
is still a (tiny) chance that the game memory is corrupted.

For instance, as long as you play the same (save file) campaign ('no achievements'), reloading from the menu is usually not a problem.
It can still be a problem if you played a different campaign, resigned into the main menu and start or load another with different data.
