My specs are above the required specs and I run my game with the lowest Framerate and graphics I can. I run a game as the USA, I get to around 1855 whilst my game crashes every now and then, and eventually it just crashes so hard that it deletes my saved games and I lose everything I had been working on. Multiple times I have played a game to the 1850's until my game crashes as well as steam and I just lose everything, even my games saved to cloud, with there only being some saved game from months ago. This game has somehow been wrote to be even worse than it already is, honestly the crashing wouldn't be so bad since it isn't always constant and sometimes it works, but there is no point if it just deletes all my saved games.

A game crash can make the current save file corrupted, or is suppose effectively delete it. But it cannot possibly delete other savegame files that are not in use!

Is that what you are saying happens? All (say) autosaves are deleted too?

Is this local AND Steam cloud saves?

To the crashing issue: Right click on victoria3.exe , properties, compatibility. Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit.
Then in the launcher Game Settings menu, select fullScreen display mode, Vsync off, cap refresh rate at 60.

If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/pdx_settings.json .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Victoria3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

I have the save to cloud option on so it should be on cloud, but it deletes all the saved games I have to a certain point, My most recent was my game going to 1857 then crashing, and then 1847 showing up as my last save. Other times it has deleted every save of that certain game I had. I would like to say that it's only auto saves that are deleted but my 1847 one is an autosave.

Also I am on windows 11 and when I click on the properties tab the compatibility option is not available.

If the 1857 save was corrupted in some way, and 1847 was the previous save, then this is what we'd expect to see in that circumstance. If howeverthere were saves between those two, I cannot explain how they could possibly have gone.

when I click on the properties tab the compatibility option is not available.
You are probably right clicking on something other than victoria3.exe - it will definitely be there for any .exe .

I found out that it deletes all my autosaves, but manual saves are not deleted. Also my game keeps crashing at this exact save everytime and refuses to run more than 20 seconds before crashing, latest crash below.

I am on windows 11, I right click on the desktop victoria 3 app and it's not there, I look in my :C drive where it is and search victoria3.exe, same thing.
The desktop shortcut is of no use to this process. To find any game's .exe right click on it in your Steam Library, Manage, Browse Local files. For this game then go into the /binaries/folder,you'll see it there.

Found it, did what you said above, now the game save just crashes while loading in.

Memory: 8192MB RAM
Available OS Memory: 5996MB RAM
I'm afraid you simply don't have enough available memory to run this game, 8gb is the bare minimum. This is at least in part a matter of poor hardware/bios configuration, in this case - ALL that 8gb of installed system memory ought to be available to Windows to use.

The reason why 2gb of it is unavailable is that its addresses have been used by the AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics:
Display Memory: 5029 MB
Dedicated Memory: 2031 MB
Shared Memory: 2998 MB
There must be a bios/firmware setting to change the addressing of that dedicated 2gb to be above the 8gb mark, freeing up 2gb of currently wasted system memory. Check with Lenovo support on that.

THEN you still need to make sure all that 8gb is available to the game. Unload every other app you can before starting the game, AND expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 32gb

Good luck!
