So, how do i get out of it?

Im playing as Haiti in VIP and its 67' and i have around 74 plurality, but i cant get any immigrants because of it. I've tried everything but i just cant get out of it. Also tried searching VickyWiki. Any ways?

Appoint an extremist party, the anarcho-liberals are best, that'll make you a dictarship, then change to full citizenship etc which should make you a normal democratic republic.

I already tried it as it works normally but it had no effect.. I guess i pressed some else party by accident.

That won't happen. If rebels take your capital, they will overthrow the government after exactly one year. When rebels take control of any other province, it would take five years for them to declare independence or join a neighbouring country.
