Contract Loading and MechBay loading errors.

I just recently followed Ed's instructions to install RogueTech to the letter and it seemed to work fine. However Contracts wont load as well as the Mechlab not loading to look at what I have and tweak any loadouts. I'm not sure what I did or did not do to cause this but I recently just finished my night shift and I'm not at full mental capacity to fix this at the moment.

ModTek is at 7.1 for the 1.5 compatibility.

Also I now can't load my saved file.
