Conversion progress lost

It doesn’t make much sense that faith/culture conversion is not stoppable and resumable. If for any reason the action stops, all progress over months or years is lost. Progress should freeze to allow to be continued later on.

I would prefer a rework to conversion but I think a degradation of the progress as opposed to it all reverting immediately would definitely be better
