Coptic centre of conversion uses Heretic Missionary Strength when converting heathen provinces

Description​

When the coptic centre of conversion spawned via Armenian missions converts a Sunni province, rather than using Missionary Strength vs Heathens as a bonus it seems to use Missionary Strength vs Heratics

Steps to reproduce​

1. Play as a country with King of Kings Armenian missions
2. Complete the mission "The Church of the East"
3. Hover over progress bar on non-christian province when it is being converted
