In "Industry_tech.txt".
Under the entry "application = { # 1938 Economic Recovery id = 5200"

Curently there's an entry "command = { type = deactivate which = 5130 }"
5130 is "application = { # Great Depression".

Shouldn't ths be "command = { type = deactivate which = 5150 }"
5150 is "application = { # 1936 Military Recovery".

btw in "Germany puts pressure on Austria" events do i have to choose between union and alliance??? because its firing the alliance only event.

i already made 5 games... no austria for me  .

You're looking at the wrong set of commands - the one you're looking at is for the next tech in the list (Agriculturally-based economy). 1938 Economic Recovery doesn't have any sleep commands.

Are you reoccupying the Rhineland AND choosing "Reichparteitag der Ehre" in the 1936 Nuremberg Rally? That's essential.

---

day = 0 is how the game interprets the first day of the month, not day = 1. Day = 30 (which you might assume is the last day of the month) doesn't exist at all, for that very reason. :)

Plus i get the "bug" in the

Put pressure on Austria
Event 370072

wich gives me the click box with the folowing message "EAB370072"
I'll take a look at this - thanks!

...

reocupying Rineland ??? never got that?? whats the date for that event?

the rallies i get get are the +3 dissent events.... nothing more.

EDIT: btw i'm seeing lots of flags RHINE's and RHINEOK's souldn't they be all RHINE or RHINEOK???? in the german file.

You need to reoccupy the Rhineland (Cologne province, I think) - just like in vanilla. There are information events regarding this early in the game and you should occupy it after the Franco-Russo alliance triggers (the "opportunity" the first German event refers to).

I never got an option to reoccupy the Rhineland...

I got Austria and Czech... unfortunatly I had to plow through the events file to get to the events for this, Austria had allied with me through an event before the Danzig or war event...

I also never got any events about the Sudatenland... Did get the Hungary/Rommania dispute though...

-

(amusing side note because I started democratizing and backed down over Danzig... its 1943 and the only war going on is Japan and the Chinas and some South American scuffle between Peru and Ecuador... which Peru is pwning in - all the big allied powers are -200 with me and the world is a powder keg... and theres only damp matches lying around lol)

Hmm, I usually move into Cologne immediately, around Jan 6th.
Should I wait for the Franco-Russian event in february?

The difference is one of ai_chance and there are three basic incarnations of them. The first is the historical one, which occurs after the Franco-Russo alliance is ratified. The second is after either France or Soviet Union decides to instead end the alliance. The third is if Germany chooses to occupy the Rhineland before the alliance comes up for ratification. This third one gives France a higher ai_chance of responding with something more than a protest - but the effects aren't huge by any means, as it would throw off the game completely (and too often) if it was.

For any events that depend on the Rhineland outcome it doesn't matter when Germany re-occupies, only that they do (or don't, which may have effects on other events' ai_chance settings).

If you, as Germany, want a greater chance of France standing up to you (and thus a slightly higher chance of an early war) then you should re-occupy before the Franco-Russo alliance happens.

So...what happens if I put day = 30 in an event? Does this work as the last day of the month or does it cause the event to not function properly? Like if I set deathdate to 30, does this mean the event will never die or something?

Sawno need for a new topic, so...

Just started up CORE 0.11 and Newfoundland has no tech teams, leaders, or ministers. Is this a bug or did I get a bad install?

btw... Is CORE going to put up a new master list of bugs on the CORE website for 0.11, since the general public don't have access to mantis?

As a deathdate day = 30 is interpreted either as day = 29 or day = 0 (for the next month) - JRaup explained it, but I didn't memorize it exactly. On the other hand, as a starting date (or as just a single date) day = 30 can never happen. I tried having a Munich event trigger on day = 30 and it never appeared. Took me a while to figure out what was wrong. :(

So as a deathdate it works, but not as a regular date. To be on the safe side, though, I recommend not using it at all (use day = 29 instead).

Okay, I'll keep that in mind, thanks for the info.
