Currently I'm playing as Germany and have just taken Poland. The only province I lost was Königsberg. Right now it has a 9% revoltrisk, and Memel has 5%. I have no dissent and am at full closed society. The only thing these two provinces have is that they were at one point not controlled by me. However, Austria, Bohemia and the MR-Pact cores are all revoltrisk-free.
Does anyone else have this experience, and will it be addressed? It's not a gamebreaker or anything, just odd.
